To bring with you :
To maximize your comfort during your kayak activity, we suggest to bring with you, whatever the weather; warm clothes in wool or polar wool (avoid cotton), nylon shorts or pants, cap or hats, sunglasses and sunscreen and water bottles.
Easy (Facile-F): Route demanding few special skills. Daily distance less than 3 hours and/or 6 nautical miles. Several protected places for berthing and rest.
Moderate (Modéré-M): Requires basic kayaking knowledge. Daily route of 3 to 5 hours and/or 6 to 10 nautical miles. Some protected places to land and rest.
Difficult (Exigant-E): Practical knowledge of paddle techniques, navigation and recuperation. Daily routes of 5 to 6 hours and/or 10 to 15 nautical miles. Few protected places or landing sites.
N.B. : These classifications can be modified due to extreme meterological or oceanagraphic conditions.

Try a salty kayak camping trip. Reservations required, departures every summer weekend. Several different circuit between St-Joseph-de-la-Rive and Baie-des-Rochers.
To Discover :
The coastal scenery of the World Biosphere Reserve, the panorama of Charlevoix's meteor crater, the south-west section of the Saguenay Marine Park. The diurnal rythme of the tidal currents, the salty odors of the tidal flats, the procession of rocky points, camping on the beaches, encounters with biros and sea mammals-finback and minky whales, porpoises and seals.

The expeditions include :
Naturalist guides and qualified instructors;
Single, double or triple kayaks, safety equipment, isothermic clothing;
Transportation for the shuttle buses with safe and comfortable vehicules;
All food / outdoor gastronomy.
The excursion meals are balanced and healthy, with many local specialities.
Menus (exemples)
Breakfast : scrambled eggs in maple syrup, buckwheat pancakes, banana bread and chocolate, homemade jam, yogurts, fresh fruit in season, juice and espresso coffee.
Lunch : smoked salmon bagels, couscous, bean salad, tuna in pita bread, local cheeses, smoked meats, crudities, vegetable juice.
Supper : Charlevoix bean soup, vegetable soup, "Tourtière" (meat pie), soft drinks, fine chocolate, Queen Elizabeth cake, upside down cake, herbal teas.
